Eligibility Criteria for Southern Cross University Scholarship To qualify for Southern Cross University Scholarships, candidates must fulfill all of the following requirements:

Eligible Countries: All world countries. Citizens or permanent residents of Australia or New Zealand are not eligible to apply.
